Unsubscribe from our e-mail service
Please go to the menu item "Account" > "Change Personal Information" and uncheck the "Receive auction notices and other emails" checkbox.
Even if you uncheck the box, we may still send you important notices and other information.

Cancellation of Reservations
Please cancel your reservation from "Reservation List" in the menu at the top of the screen.

Issue Receipt
Please download the receipt from "Reservation List" -> "View Receipt" in the menu.
To change the address of the receipt, please go to the menu "Account" -> "Change Personal Information" -> "Receipt Address".

Delete Account
Click on "Account" in the menu, then "Change Account Information" and click on "Delete Account".
