A restaurant where it is extremely difficult to make reservations to taste the world's best "Kosaka Chicken", a gem of a skewer carefully grilled with skillful heat. Kasahara Opened in Sannomiya, Kobe in 2016 with the concept of "pursuit of the ultimate yakitori" and relocated and reopened in Kagurazaka, Tokyo in December 2021. The owner, Mr. Kasahara, fell in love with Kishu binchotan charcoal and ingredients are purchased directly from trusted producers, and the ultimate chicken, Kobe Takasaka Chicken, created by a poultry farmer, is used. The yakitori, which is cooked with expert skill to bring out the maximum potential of the ingredients, shows the skill of a master chef.
