Cancellation Policy

Cancellations After Making a Reservation	100％

At the time of cancellation, the above percentage of the menu price will be charged
Costs incurred for the successful bid (final bid price and successful bid administration fee) will not be returned.

Bidding is for the right to reserve a seat in the restaurant and is separate from the menu price.
*Please note that we may have to decline your reservation if you have widespread allergies. We appreciate your understanding.
*All reservations start at the same time. In the unlikely event that you arrive late or leave early, we may not be able to serve certain parts of your course, so please allow plenty of time for your visit.
*We issue invoices for course fees and any additional orders placed on the day of your visit at the restaurant. Please let us know if you would like one on the day of your visit.

Booking Rules

*We do not serve alcohol. Please refrain from bringing your own.
*While we do not have any strict dress code, please note that we may refuse entry to guests wearing excessively casual attire, such as slippers or sandals. Thank you for your understanding.
