Toyama Sushi-Shijin, a self-taught sushi restaurant that has wowed the world. Mr. Kimura, the owner of Sushi Shijin, entered the world of sushi at the age of 29, taught himself to master the art, and even earned a Michelin star. His long hair and leather jacket give him an impressive appearance, but his taste has been recognized not only in Japan but also around the world, with fairs held in Barcelona and other foreign countries.
