EXILE SHOKICHI planning and supervision
In commemoration of MEAT MANIA JAPAN to be held on October 12,
a one-day collaboration between a master of meat and a famous chef has been realized.
Ingredients that have been lovingly prepared by a master of meat. And the chef's skill to make the most of the ingredients.
A total of 7 dishes will be served, and you can also enjoy pairings by EXILE SHOKICHI.
Introduction
In 2019, I launched a project to raise a new brand of beef in Hokkaido with Mr. Ryota Ohashi of Ohashi Farm in Ohzora-cho, Hokkaido, which led me to travel around the country with my curiosity, seeking to learn a lot.
The people I met there, all of whom were involved with cattle, touched cattle with great love and were overflowing with passion, and the way they respected tradition while imagining the future was very moving and heartwarming.
The process of connecting breeding farmers, fattening farmers, feeders, meat wholesalers, restaurants, and the people who eat the meat was truly a "relay of life" that could not reach the happiness of delicious food if any part of the baton was missing.
Through this MEAT MANIA JAPAN event, we are pleased to share life, love, and the beauty of living with you, together with meat culture.

The menu price will be charged to the credit card of the successful bidder only in the case of a successful bid.
The Executive Committee of MEAT MANIA JAPAN will be in charge of the event.
If you arrive earlier than the opening time, you may be asked to wait outside the restaurant.
Contribution to society
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the "Noto Peninsula 2024 Earthquake Disaster Relief Fund.
