Trace & Okashiya Uchi. Two chefs pursuing the essence of cuisine. This is the realization of a dream collaboration. Innovative restaurant "Trace" offers delicate and powerful cuisine that reflects the changing seasons in each dish. Okashiya Uchi, which offers genre-defying "okashi" (Japanese sweets), saying, "I may not be a pastry chef. They would never normally collaborate with each other! This special collaboration event will be held for two days only. The cuisine of Treize, which brings out the best of the ingredients, and Okashiya Ucchi's confections that surprise and delight the body will resonate in the space of Sou Sou Higashi-Kanda, allowing you to sharpen your five senses and listen to the voice of the ingredients. We hope you will enjoy a moment to sharpen your senses and listen to the voice of the ingredients.

Bidding is for the right to reserve a seat in the restaurant and is separate from the cost of the meal.
*Because this is a members-only salon, the location of the event will not be disclosed. 512 Co., Ltd. will send you a reservation confirmation with the location of the event by e-mail after receiving your reservation.
The price will be adjusted according to the season's ingredients at the time.
Bidding is for the right to reserve a seat and is not included in the price of the meal.
The menu price includes service charge.

Important: The menu price will be charged to the credit card on which you placed the winning bid only if you place this bid.
The "Sousou Higashi-Kanda" where this event will be held advocates a child-friendly facility. If you are not comfortable with children, we would appreciate your understanding of the purpose of this event and your decision whether or not to participate.
Please understand that in principle, we cannot accommodate allergies at this event. (We will not be able to accommodate allergies even if they are noted in the special notes.)
Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances such as perfume or eau de cologne. Please be sure to inform your companions.
If you are late for your appointment, you will be taken out of the course, so please allow plenty of time for your visit.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the 2024 Noto Peninsula Restoration and Recovery Project.
