Special event at the members-only salon "Sousou Higashi-Kanda" where chefs from all over Japan are invited to showcase their culinary skills. Ipposugi Kawashima is a Japanese restaurant in Nanao City that was damaged by the Noto Earthquake. On January 1, 2012, just as the restaurant was being selected as one of the best regional restaurants on the food log, it became extremely difficult to make reservations.
The restaurant, a 94-year-old tangible cultural asset, was in danger of collapsing and was inaccessible.
This time, "Sou sou Higashi Kanda" will be a special project to support the reconstruction of Ipposugi Kawashima.

Bidding is for the right to reserve a seat in the restaurant and is separate from the cost of the meal.

The price will be adjusted according to the season's ingredients at the time.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the "2024 Noto Peninsula Restoration and Reconstruction Project.
Also, a donation for the reconstruction of Ipposugi Kawashima is included in the price of this meal.
