Chiba "Sushi Sakae" has been following its own unique path for the past 20 years and has made a name for itself nationwide as a famous restaurant. This is a gathering to enjoy with all five senses the techniques and flavors of Mr. Sato Katsuhiro, who has received various accolades in blogs and online articles, such as "the ultimate metamorphic sushi" and "the originator of Eiyoe" (the original of Eiyoe). Bidding is for the right to reserve a seat in the restaurant and is separate from the cost of the meal.

Important: The menu price will be charged to the credit card on which you placed the winning bid only if you place this bid.
The "Sousou Higashi-Kanda" where this event will be held advocates a child-friendly facility. If you are not comfortable with children, we would appreciate your understanding of the purpose of this event and your decision whether or not to participate.
Please understand that in principle, we cannot accommodate allergies at this event. （Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances such as perfume or eau de cologne. Please be sure to inform your companions.
If you are late for your appointment, you will be started in the middle of the course, so please allow plenty of time for your visit.
