Special event at the members-only salon "Sousou Higashi-Kanda" where chefs from all over Japan are invited to showcase their culinary skills. Efe is an Italian restaurant that requires introductions only and no address or phone number. This time, we have invited F (Effe), one of the best Italian restaurants in Akita, which offers unique and powerful cuisine with an emphasis on Akita ingredients. Chef Usami, an aviation mechanic turned chef of a different color, offers in Tokyo a taste of artisanal cuisine that can only be experienced in Akita. Please enjoy the blissful experience of being intoxicated by the superb Italian cuisine.
