Members-only salon special "Yogo Tokuyama-zushi" bear pot party.

Tokyo Chiyoda Ward

Special event at the members-only salon "Sousou Higashi-Kanda" where chefs from all over Japan are invited to showcase their culinary skills.

The restaurant we have invited this time is Tokuyama Sushi in Yogo, located north of Lake Biwa. This famous restaurant is famous for its nare-zushi (fermented sushi), which is made using a unique fermentation technique. This is a new world of fermentation created by a fermentation expert at a well-known restaurant frequented by food connoisseurs from all over Japan. In addition to nyu-zushi, please enjoy the tastes that can only be enjoyed at Sousou Higashi-Kanda.
