【Unsubscribing from Emails】
From the menu, go to “Account” → “Edit Personal Information,” and uncheck “Receive emails about auction announcements and other updates.”
Please note that even after unsubscribing, you may still receive important notices and other essential communications.
【Canceling a Reservation】
Please select “Reservation List” from the menu at the top of the screen and cancel the relevant reservation.
【Issuing a Receipt】
From the menu, go to “Reservation List” → “View Receipt” to download your receipt.
To change the name shown on the receipt, go to “Account” → “Edit Personal Information” → “Receipt Name.”
【Deleting Your Account】
From the menu, go to “Account” → “Edit Account Information,” and click “Delete Account.”
